The solution incorporated secure external sharing, automated approval flows via Power Automate, and real-time updates through centralized interfaces. This portal replaced fragmented collaboration tools and provided clients and internal teams with a seamless digital experience.
CXNext built a SharePoint Online extranet portal leveraging Azure AD B2B for secure guest access. The portal features dedicated client sites connected to a central hub, with customized branding, news, announcements, documents, and quick links. Power Automate workflows were implemented to automate document approval, submission, and notification processes. Role-based permissions enforce secure access, while version control and audit trails in SharePoint ensure compliance. Alerts and real-time dashboards enable both internal and client stakeholders to track status and updates. External sharing aligned with SharePoint best practices: using Team Sites without Microsoft 365 Group connections and controlled site-level sharing.
